The analysis of existing principles, models, methods of making design decisions and expert reviews were done and the problem of the dissertation was formulated; the model based on a comprehensive assessment of corporate knowledge level; the method of evaluation of corporate knowledge level and support for making design decisions in knowledge management, focused on the use of corporate knowledge, was developed; the architecture was developed and the software for the system of information processing and expert evaluation for making design decisions on the basis of modern tools of software engineering was implemented.
