Essay

The thesis is devoted to classical swine fever (CSF) monitoring, both domestic and wild pig samong in the world. It is studied the spreading of the pathogen circulation of CSF in wild fauna in Ukraine and in the world for preventive diagnosis of the infections preading. It is found that he virus is circulating widely among populations of pigs in the world, almost a third part of all disease out breaks in CSF accounted for wildlife animals. By comparing the results of serological tests of blood serum of wild pigs by ELISA, FAT and immunoperoxidase test and recommend the optimal specific, to identify the virus of CSF serological diagnostic method hat was optimal for sensitivity and specificity.
