Presented original model, which described the development of project-oriented organizations as the motion of a material point in the virtual space of its strategic objectives. Under this model, worked out the energy developed methods and techniques of the following tasks: the formation of the space motion of the organization and determination of the parameters of the medium; the energy balance of the project and POO before and after the implementation of the project; ranking of projects in the portfolio and the formation of an effective portfolio of POO; definition of readiness of POO.
