Honcharenko D. Political and social activism of Yuliian Pavlykovsky

Object: socio-political and socio-economic processes in Western Ukraine and Europe in the first half of the twentieth century. Objective: to analyze social and political activities of Yulian Pavlykovsky in the context of socio-political and socio-economic processes first half of the twentieth century. Methods: historical and chronological, retrospective, historical and comparative, systematic, structural analysis. Results: for the first time determined Yu Pavlykovsky contribution to the development of economic partnerships and institutions, its ideological and theoretical heritage of the cooperative movement, analyzed party-political and parliamentary activities, in scientific circulation introduced unknown facts biography of famous public figure, improved analysis of relations between Ukrainian economic and national-cultural societies, characteristics of organizational principles of Ukrainian cooperation, issues of periodization of Ukrainian cooperative movement development in 20-30s of XX century. Scope: to further scientific research on the history of socio-political processes in Galicia in the interwar period of XX century, in political, regional and other research when writing generalizing works on the history of Ukraine and Poland.
