The dissertation is a complex monographic research devoted to problems of the organizational and legal bases of activities of Ukrainian prosecution authorities regarding consideration of recourses. This work defines the notion of recourse and coves the genesis of the Institute of Law and Recourse, investigates the methodological base of the organizational-legal bases of the activities of the prosecution authorities regarding consideration of recourses, states an entire system of the principles of consideration and solving the recourses in the prosecution authorities, analyzes an information ware of the prosecution authorities activities regarding consideration of recourses.
