The object of study - the training of future air traffic controllers in the educational institutions of the Russian Federation; subject of investigation - preparation of the future air traffic controllers air traffic services on international routes in the Russian Federation; methods: theoretical: study and analysis of Ukrainian and foreign regulatory, psychological and pedagogical and educational materials; prerequisites for accidents related to the violation of the technology of work of air traffic controllers; preparation of the future of air traffic controllers in different educational institutions of Ukraine and the Russian Federation, research on the problem at hand; as well as a comparison, systematization and generalization of the above, it provided an opportunity to analyze the provisions of the original investigation, contributed to the formulation of generalized conclusions and evaluations, the main provisions of the justification for the use of experience of the Russian Federation; empirical methods: survey, observation, testing, interviewing air traffic controllers, teachers, instructors and students-managers, the method of expert assessments to identify and study the typical mistakes of air traffic controllers, the ranking group error incidence, an experiment to identify empirical evidence and substantiation of theoretical positions of research; statistics: statistical methods for mathematical processing and determining the validity of the results of the pilot study; Scientific novelty: for the first time: the analysis of the training of future air traffic controllers air traffic services on international routes in the Russian Federation, which revealed features of this training, namely the subordination of higher education institutions to the Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviatsia) part of employers to update the content of vocational education, the development of the federal state educational standards and basic educational programs; Rosaviation financial support for training and implementation of innovative Projects summary higher education institutions; the effective use of innovative training tools; correctional and educational support for training; close interdisciplinary connection between theoretical and simulator training, monitoring of professionally important qualities of the future of air traffic controllers in the simulator training; ensure employment of graduates on the basis of agreements, higher education institutions and employers, and to investigate the possibility of using the experience of the Russian Federation in Ukraine; defined: training components of future air traffic controllers air traffic services on international routes in the Russian Federation (e-learning, the organization of the control of educational activity, educational software control), that are appropriate and relevant to national practice; theoretically substantiated, developed and experimentally verified: correction model of vocational training of the future air traffic controllers air traffic services on international flights on the basis of use in Ukraine experience of the Russian Federation and correction technology training of future air traffic controllers air traffic services on international flights on the basis of use in Ukraine experience of the Russian Federation; have been further developed: the scientific position to analyze international experience in the training of future air traffic controllers air traffic services on international routes and improving the training of domestic future air traffic controllers through the use of training, organization and educational software control, selected taking into account the specifics of vocational training of experts of this profile and the experience of the Russian Federation.
