Essay

The object is the educational field of the Information Society as an innovative phenomenon; the goal is to define philosophical principles of analysis and philosophical-conceptual models of conceptual models of management innovation in education and their roles in the development of postmodern educational practices; the methods are comparative, systematic approaches, synergetic methodology, methodology of scientific theory of interconceptual synthesis; the novelty is the grounded philosophical methodology of analysis of conceptual models of innovative management in education through a combination of philosophical-educational and philosophical-administrative approaches that allowed to reveal their nature as a cognitive phenomenon and their role in the transformation of the educational sphere of a postindustrial design; the results allow to clarify and systematize practical areas of its reforming in the context of using potential innovative management models and innovative management technologies to ensure the adaptation of national education to the needs of postindustrial society; the materials of the research paper can be used for the preparation and teaching standard courses in philosophy, social philosophy, philosophy of education, management philosophy, cultural studies, sociology, and for the creation and implementation of special courses: "Educational Management", "Philosophical problems of management", "Educational Marketing "," Network Organization of Education "; the specialization is the philosophy of education.
