The socio-creative potential of Panteleimon Kulish philosophical views is considered from the point of view of the ability to use this theory-conceptual work in the modern Ukraine social practice. The formation prerequisites and the evolution peculiarities of the P. Kulish outlook are analyzed. The idea-thematic priorities of outlook paradigm of the P. Kulish are summarized. The peculiarities and regularities of Ukrainian people evolution in the P. Kulish's philosophy are revealed. Meaningful parameters by which P. Kulish defined the folk as culture-civilizational phenomenon are circumscribed. The P. Kulish philosophic views quintessence of Ukrainian society socio-cultural potential realization in the context of concrete historical abilities, as well as trans-historical perspectives, is systematized.
