The thesis is an integral historical and pedagogical research of the analysis of the prerequisites, basic guidelines and ways of reforming of future primary school teachers training in pedagogical institutions of Rivne region (1939-1964 years); identified the key tendencies of the formation and the development of the system of the pedagogical education in Rivne region in the context of socio-political changes in 1939; disclosed the organizational and the pedagogical peculiarities of the activity of educational pedagogical institutions; found the change in the correlation in the general and the professional training of primary school teachers during researched years; defined the forms and the methods of the formation of future teachers' professional competence.
