Romaniv T. Models and methods of communication barriers management in complex projects in reliance on value-based approach

The thesis gives prominence to the development of scientific and methodological fundamentals of communication barriers management in complex projects in reliance on value-based approach. The issues studied and solved in the thesis are related to the process of problematic points identification in the communication relations among project stakeholders. The communication barriers models have been formed, communication barriers management techniques have been identified and software for project communications integrated management in reliance of value-oriented approach has been developed. The thesis performs the communication wheel method in reliance on value-oriented approach and communication barriers management method scheme with due consideration of value levels. The mathematical model of project time expenditures reduction has been developed at the expense of communication barriers minimization in reliance on value-oriented approach.
