The comprehensive study of the history of Border Protection Corps (BPC) on the territory of Volhynia in 1924-1939 is performed in the dissertation. The main motives of its organization, the internal structure, the features of staff formation are analyzed. It is discovered the main activities of BPC: protection of the border, monitoring of public-political life, cultural, educational and social work.
