Didenko T. Forming of Future Teachers' Professional Experience in the Process of Students' Teaching Practice.

Object - the process of professional training of future teachers in higher teacher training institutions; aim - to theoretically substantiate and experimentally test the efficiency of the technology of future teachers' professional experience forming in the process of students' teaching practice; methods - theoretical, empirical, statistical; novelty - the research is the first to develop theoretically and experimentally test the technology of future teachers' professional experience forming in the process of students' teaching practice, the technology components include the aim, conceptual ideas, content, forms and methods of teaching, the expected results; the definition of the term "professional activity experience" is specified as a result achieved after the process of coping with a variety of professionally-oriented tasks within the process of professional activity, accumulation of meaningful professional algorithms and framework comprising the information on the most typical professional problem situations, the reasons of their origin and ways for solving them; the forms and methods of students' teaching practice organization allowing students for accumulation of practical teaching activity experience have been specified; results - the theoretically developed and experimentally tested technology of future teachers' professional experience forming in the process of students' teaching practice has been implemented in the teaching process; the teaching course "Students' Teaching Practice as a Means of Forming Pedagogical Activity Experience in Future Teachers " has been worked out by the author; the materials of the research may be used in teaching "Pedagogy" and "Foundations of Pedagogical mastery". The theoretical ideas, teaching materials and practical findings on future teachers' professional experience forming in the process of students' teaching practice will be helpful to those engaged in training future teachers in higher teacher training institutions, for writing course, Master degree and diploma papers, for compiling teaching programmes and teaching manuals for students of higher teacher training institutions ; field - pedagogy.
