Dissertation is sanctified to research of socio-economic, political and legal terms of becoming of educational establishments for the children of the Czech origin on Right-bank Ukraine (second half of the XIX - 30th years of the XX century). The terms of becoming of educational establishments for the children of the Czech origin are presented, basic periods and stages of development of educational establishments for the children of the Czech origin are exposed; Czech schools, one and twoclass Czech-Russian schools are certain and analysed. Training of teaching personnels is characterized; methodology of teaching of educational objects in educational establishments for the children of the Czech origin (second half of the XIX - 30th years of the XX century) is presented.
