Essay

The dissertation investigates and analyses psychological characteristics of conflict prevention among the teaching staff of a higher educational institution. The study shows a theoretical model of conflict prevention, which is tested empirically. Psychological features of development of conflictological competence components (cognitive, emotional, behavioral) of teachers of humanities and social sciences of state and private universities in Ukraine and Hungary are defined in this research according to their family, demographic, national and professional characteristics. The results of effectiveness of the implementation of the author's training seminar "Development of conflictological competence of teachers of a higher educational institution" are presented in the dissertation.
