Milyanych A. Improvement of the technology of cleaning oil tank-car boilers in preparing them for repairs

The thesis is dedicated to the issue of raising the efficiency of preparing oil tank-cars for repairs by way of improvement of the technology of cleaning internal surfaces of boiler cavities. The object of research - technological process of cleaning the internal surfaces of the boiler tank wagons.Research methods. The main provisions of metalworking technology, the theory of mathematical analysis and numerical methods for solving differential equations, the theory of modeling and iterative methods of variational calculus, statistical processing of the experimental results. Mathematical models of the main principles of destruction of crystallized remnants of fast-curing substances based on the complex mechanical influence that unites dynamic blows of the complex of destructive cutters and sectionally assembled and evolvently fixed sets of flexible working parts have been developed. There have been developed practical recommendations on ensuring the efficiency of the technology of cleaning internal surfaces of oil tank-cars before they are handed over for repairs. The results of the thesis introduced in the train depot VCHDR-2 Drohobych Lviv railway to clean the inside surface of the boiler tank wagons from cargo residues, which harden and qualitative preparation of the cleaned surface for further use of tanks.
