3. Object of study - especially the formation and expression of main commercially-valuable traits of collection samples spring barley in increased soil acidity conditions. Goal installation flexibility and adaptability, heritability and genetic nature of main commercially-valuable traits of spring barley collection samples and the establishment of the basis source material in increased soil acidity conditions of the right-bank Forest-Steppe zone. Research methods: field - visual (conducting phenological finding and records), hibryd-analysis (the study of inheritance characteristics of the production process); laboratory screening test (laboratory method for determining the alu-resistance samples), weight (determination of plant productivity), biometric (performance assessment elements and indicators of the quality of grain), mathematical-statistical (objective quantification of experimental data obtained). The dissertation presents the results of studies collection varieties of Ukrainian and foreign selection according to flexibility and adaptability main commercially-valuable traits. Correlation coefficients have been determined between these traits. Characteristic of collection variety of spring barley according to protein content of grain are given. Samples with high productivity and higher protein content in grain have been selected. Determination Alu-resistance of spring barley samples in laboratory tests at early stages of plant development. Selection and genetic peculiarities of main grain productivity elements and protein content in grain according to components of genetic dispersion, combination ability and heritability in F1 have been determined. As a result of selective breeding advanced spring barley lines with high productivity level and complex other commercially-valuable traits have been created. Highly productive variety Airys has been founded, which exceeded the productivity of standard by 1.14 t/ha and in 2014 referred for commission of experts to the state testing.
