Essay

For the first time in the national educational philosophical discourse identifying the cognitive basis of the national space education in the context of educational strategies focused on Europe. Further demonstrated the need to "dismantle" the philosophical and cognitive, ideological and institutional foundations of the former USSR educational space as such, hence the dominance of repressive pedagogy, ideologically biased education, formation of one-dimensional personality. The role of post-totalitarian consciousness in the national education and reasonable mechanisms for its minimization. An explication of cultural cognitive challenges and the ways to overcome them in the national education.
