Sukach I. The pecularities of public prosecution in cases of avoiding tax other obligatory payments.

The thesis is devoted to the legal, organizational, tactical and methodical problems of public prosecution in cases of avoiding tax and other obligatory payments. The sense and legal nature of public prosecution in these cases is researched. Legal status of a public prosecutor as a subject of prosecution's process is analyzed. Methodological and typical problems of public prosecutor's preparing to activity in cases of this distinction are delighted. Characters of the problems appearing before a public prosecutor on different levels of trial are discovered: preliminary hearing, preparatory part of the trial, judicial investigation, - argumentation. There are submitted suggestions to improve on public prosecution procedural independence.
