Essay

The dissertation deals with development of the theoretical and methodological bases of the initiation, planning and management of the national industry development programs. There is the method of the program content collection based on value-ranking of the projects is exposed, and takes into account the contribution of each projects structure to the program mission achievement. The model of the Program Management Office arrangement developed in the dissertation is directed on solving control problems by using the maximum number stakeholders.
