Baronin D. Legal status of court in Ukraine.

Summary and results of the thesis research compose the conceptual provisions of the legal status of court in Ukraine. Based on a systematic interpretation of the standards of the court institute, formed in international documents on human rights to judicial protection, there were singled out the qualifying attributes of the court, which form its standards and should be the guidelines for state in determining formal fundaments for the functioning of national court. The author made a scientific research of the institute court nature, and theoretical content of "the legal status of the court" construction, described the status of the court in state, judicial and public relations. The system approach to analysis of domestic court practice of interaction with the other state bodies, judiciary and social institutions allowed the defender of thesis to identify gaps and imperfections of legal regulation and to make scientifically grounded suggestions improving the content of legal norms and their practical application.
