Essay

The thesis is devoted to the possible strategies and options for the development of trucking companies. It is proved that at the present stage for the most common motor transport enterprises of Vinnytsia region two strategies of implementation are optimal: the strategy related to the development of the transportation system; the strategy aimed to develop industrial and technological base and connected with the provision of services to ensure efficiency of cars. For the selected options of the development of the motor transport enterprise optimization of implementations of each of them, allowing a more reasonably choice of most appropriate option has been carried out.
