In the thesis the peculiarities of genetic structure of Ukrainian dairy breeds (Ukrainian red-and-white dairy, Ukrainian black-and-white dairy, Ukrainian red dairy) for genes TG5, LEP, к-Cn. The connection for the genotypes studied genes of the quality characteristics of milk production cows dairy breeds of three separate farms. Established regularities of influence complex genotypes of kappa-casein and thyroglobulin genes for protein content in the milk of animals of dairy breeds Ukrainian selection.
