The study is dedicated to the formation of linguistic and didactic competence of future teachers of Ukrainian language in primary school with the Crimean Tatar language of instruction.Based on the methodological, psychological and pedagogical sources in the refined essence of the concept of "a linguistic and didactic competence future teachers of Ukrainian language in primary school with the Crimean Tatar language of instruction". Described its characteristics and construction (basic and metasubject competencies). In the thesis is developed, scientifically grounded and experimentally tested model of a linguistic and didactic competence of future teachers of the Ukrainian language in schools with the Crimean Tatar language of instruction. It consists of a target (main and objective linguistic and didactic preparing of future teachers of the Ukrainian language elementary schools with the Crimean Tatar language of instruction), a theoretical and methodological (accounting approaches, principles of training), a meaningful (components and stages of a linguistic and didactic competence of students) unit and evaluation of educational activities (criteria, indicators and levels of formation a linguistic and didactic competence of the future professionals). The organization and pedagogical conditions of its formation in the process of training students (the creation of a motivational environment conducive to the formation of linguistic and didactic competence, providing theoretical and methodological training of students to form this competence attract future teachers for valuation activities, providing lectures and workshops on subjects of linguistic and didactic cycle training and methodological materials). Defended the components: motivational, cognitive, activity, reflexive. Specified the criterions, indicators and levels of formation of the investigated phenomenon.Quantitative and qualitative analysis of the results of experimental work has confirmed the effectiveness of the implementation of the proposed model of formation a linguistic and didactic competence of students of specialty "Primary education". The expediency of implementation methods and forms of work: conducting methodical seminar, master class, the introduction of special seminar, the publication of a trilingual newspaper, filling the linguistic and didactic resume and linguistic and didactic reputation, using of bi- and trilingual exercises and activities.Keywords: a linguistic and didactic competence, a model of the formation a linguistic and didactic competence, a future teacher of the Ukrainian language, a primary school with the Crimean Tatar language of instruction, a professional training.
