The thesis is devoted to the social-philosophical reflection of graffiti phenomenon. The new sociocultural phenomenon seen as relevant symbolic form in the communicative system of social semantics of urban world. Proved that graffiti are signs and appears materialized expression of meaning. The paper presents the concept of graffiti, as a synthesis of three components: personally-reflective, communicative and social-ontological.
