Fedorovych V. Theoretical study of the mechanism of a judge's responsibility for unfair behavior

This dissertation is focused on the investigation of theoretical foundations of grounding of the mechanism of a judge's responsibility for unfair behavior. The paper proposed theoretical generalization and new solution of actual scientific task. It lays in developing a new scientific approach to the study of theoretical principles and providing practical recommendations for improving the mechanism of responsibility of judges for unfair behavior. It takes into account national priorities of judicial reform and the basic principles of international standards of independence of the judiciary. There are developed the criteria of righteousness in the professional activity of judges and relevant indicators of such behavior.
