Bogomazova I. The jurisdiction of administrative courts: theoretical and legal aspects

The thesis focuses on theoretical and legal aspects of the institute of jurisdiction in administrative proceedings. Considers general theoretical approaches to determining jurisdiction rules and their implementation in the administrative proceedings; allocated and described the historical preconditions of forming of the theoretical principles of institute of jurisdiction; analyzed the content categories of the cases come within the jurisdiction of administrative courts in Ukraine and made theoretical and legal description of the concept and criteria for determining the rules of jurisdiction in administrative proceedings. A particular attention is spared to the legal regulation of the subject-matter, institutional and territorial jurisdiction after the Code of Administrative Procedure of Ukraine. Practical recommendations for improvement of the rules of jurisdiction.
