Dissertation investigates the reforming of the judicial system as an important constituent of European integration of Ukraine. The priority directions of state policy of reforming the judiciary in Ukraine are determined. This assessment of the contemporary processes of transformation of the judicial system of Ukraine, established deficiencies which may have a negative impact on the reform of the domestic judicial system and in the European integration process in general. The main criteria and prospects for implementing a comprehensive standardized system of the quality of the court functioning assessment in Ukraine are determined. There is developed a complex of measures to use innovative technologies to improve the efficiency of national justice realization.
