Object - information support for pharmaceutical care; the purpose - to develop, simulate and implement the typical information blocks of database for integrating the health- and pharmaceutical care; the methods - management by objectives; systematic approach, marketing methods, pharmaceutical informatics, creation of databases; the results - for the first time a set of pharmaceutical databases for modern computerized of pharmacies were theoretically substantiated. This promotes for the integration of information support of pharmaceutical care provided by pharmacies with hospitals, clinics and individual patients; the results - were implemented into the pharmaceutical and healthcare facilities; area - pharmaceutical.
