The object of research: postgraduate pedagogical education of Natural Science Teachers' . The aim of research: determining, theoretical foundation and experimental verification of organizational and pedagogical conditions and structural and functional model of the formation of Natural Science teachers' readiness in postgraduate education for assessment activity. The subject of research: organizational and pedagogical conditions of the formation of Natural Science teachers' readiness in postgraduate education for assessment activity. The methods of research: testing, expert evaluation methods, self-assessment; qualimetric dimension, correlation analysis. The results of research and novelty: the structural and functional model was created for the first time, complex of organizational and pedagogical condition was developed and tested, that are providing the formation of Natural Science teachers' readiness in postgraduate education for assessment activity. clarified the concepts and categories apparatus of the theory of educational assessment; components criteria teachers' readiness for assessment activity, indicators and levels of its formation improved organizational and methodological foundations for postgraduate education of Natural Science Teachers' based on the implementation of a special course in full-time and distance forms. The sphere of usage: results of the research implemented in the process of Certification training for Natural Science Teachers' and scientific-methodical work with the staff of the Institute of postgraduate education.
