Dissertation is devoted research of consumer properties of filter paper, which is used to produce a song from wood pulp and cellulose fibers from flax oil. It is set experimental researches of functional and aesthetic properties and reliability of the new paper consumption established that they meet applicable regulations. Made the complex commodity expert of new filter paper. As a result of evaluating the effectiveness of investment in production of filter paper based on cellulose fibers from flax oil found that the profitability index is 2,2, the payback period - 0,5 years, and the rate of profitability - 219 %.
