The dissertation is devoted the investigation of the problem of conceptual and holistic social-philosophical analysis of the phenomenon of convergent technologies as a reflection of the innovative development in the modern civilization dynamics.The content of the concept of "innovation" and the concept of "innovation activity" disclosed in the conditions of the formation an innovative society. In work innovation presented as a sociocultural global phenomenon, which acting as an attributive fundamental mechanism of the sociometry systems and which based on intellectual property of the society, used for the effective development of social and economic life of the society.
