Essay

The object of study - the process of change indicators as a coolant during the operation of vehicles. The aim is to increase the efficiency of operation of vehicles due to the rational use of the resource automobile engine coolants by their diagnosis on the energy parameter. They used a method of analysis; in theoretical studies - analytical method, which is based on fundamental laws of physics, mehanofiziki, materials; in laboratory and operational research - experimental methods using modern methods set out in GOST and DSTU. Scientific novelty of the results is as follows, for the first time: - determine the relationship between the change in concentration of the products of corrosion wear in antifreeze and amount of fuel consumed; - The effect of the amount of fuel used to change the conductivity of antifreeze; - The limit value of electrical conductivity, viscosity, pH value and alkalinity to determine the quality of antifreeze and clarify the terms of replacement during operation. It will be further developed: - a method of determining the corrosion wear products in anti-freeze; - Method of using rapid methods and portable diagnostics of technical condition of the engines on the electrophysical parameters of quality of coolants and their change according to the actual state in the strategy and tactics of carrying out maintenance work. The system approach of diagnosing the properties of fluids, as well as the operational management of the resource units in the cooling systems of engines of vehicles operating under the specified conditions. The results of basic research in the form of a methodological and practical recommendations apply to industrial activity - the company "ZAO ZAZ" in the preparation of regulations for maintenance and replacement of antifreeze in the operation of motor vehicles; - The test laboratory "Universalneftehim" Company "VTII" in the certification and identification of anti-freeze to assess the technical condition of the engine cooling system antifreeze in the parameters and clarification of terms to replace them; - In the method of diagnosing the quality of working antifreeze and condition when performing maintenance work buses "Kherson ATP-16527"; - In the educational process of preparation of bachelors and masters in the direction of "Road Transport".
