Doan P. Local systems in territorial administration of tourism in Ukraine.

The main goal of this study is the elaboration of tourism administration model in Ukraine on local level based on foreign experience of decentralized tourism governance. Local tourist systems study is determined within the subject of geography of tourism. Conceptual ground of local tourist systems study is reviewed including economic and human-geographic theories, such as industrial district, cluster, destination, local system of tourist offer, innovative cluster etc. Human-geographic approach of local tourist systems research is introduced, methodology of its study is improved. Geographical foundations of local tourist systems formation and functioning are defined. European experience of decentralized tourism administration is analysed (Bulgaria, Slovenia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Finland, Denmark, Germany, Netherlands and Sweden). The main focus made on peculiarities of Italian concept of local tourist systems and corresponding British practice. Geospatial analysis of development of tourism industry and hospitality with security of tourist-recreational resources of districts and cities of regional significance of Ukraine has been conducted. Series of maps of geospatial differentiation of tourism and hospitality development with security of tourist-recreational resources of local territories of Ukraine were designed as a result. Geospatial analysis of tourist product consumption and productivity of work in tourism is conducted.
