Essay

The object is the phenomenon of educational policy in the philosophical and educational dimension; the goal is to make a philosophical reflection of institutional transformations of modern practices of educational policy in the context of global social development, to justify its basic humanistic imperatives; the novelty is the conceptualization of educational policy of the Ukrainian State due to grounding of the theoretical model in the age of modernization of the national education system; the methods are dialectical, analytical and synthetic, inductive-deductive, comparative, analysis, synthesis, idealization, an expert survey; as a result the author's interpretation of educational policy as a generalized definition of the concept of humanistic education strategies was suggested and justified; the results can be used for the formation, implementation and operation of institutions and the system of education policy and its effective mechanisms, for studying the problems of modern educational policy in order to optimize the reforming methods of this social phenomenon; the summary of this work can be used in the courses such as philosophy of education, social philosophy, in special courses for humanity students; the specialization is the philosophy of education.
