The dissertation is dedicated to the research of the features of the differentiated instruction for high school students in modern Waldorf schools in Germany. The features of teaching high school students determined by inner and outer differentiation in Waldorf schools are revealed. The historical and theoretical bases of differentiated instruction for high school students in Waldorf schools are determined; the processional and pedagogical bases of differentiated instruction for high school students in modern Waldorf schools in Germany are characterized. The perspectives of implementation of anthroposophical experience in educational system of Ukraine are evaluated; Waldorf initiatives in modern educational environment in Ukraine are generalized.
