Essay

The dissertation is solved to date scientific and technical problem of increasing the frame-life vehicles by improving technology of repair. Proposed to use finite element analysis to predict the location of plots frames of vehicles, with a high probability of cracks. The necessity of a combination of welding and soldering processes due to heat generated in the arc. The use of such welding using copper-based solders for repairing cracks transverse frames transport equipment by placing reinforcing pads, increases time between design, bond strength and provides corrosion protection heat affected zone.
