Essay

Dissertation is devoted to a solution of scientific-applied problem of theoretical basis and a control model development of preparation project of modern civil protection workers for emergency response under uncertainty conditions. Decision-making models by a rescuer during the emergency responses process for improvement accuracy and efficiency of such decisions with informative indeterminacy were developed. An Environmental Education Project model of rescuers preparation at IT- mental spherewas prepared aimed to prepare civil protection workers to work in uncertainty conditions.
