Kontsevych V. Non-force proactive management of projects quality

The object of the dissertation is the quality assurance process of the project. The aim of the dissertation is to create a scientific and methodological basis to ensure quality of the project due to the impact on human resources on the basis of non-forcible influence. The scientific novelty of the results is to develop models and methods to ensure the quality of the project due to non-forcible influences that makes it possible to calculate the impact assessment on the costs and effectiveness of the quality management project and choose the optimal set of factors' impact on human resources of particular projects. The results of the project implemented in project N13.95 (development of design documentation HBE pump M-630-390) at "VNDIAEN" ("Scientific Research and Design Institute of Nuclear and Energy Pump") and in projects of "International Institute of Compressor and power engineering ".
