Essay

Object of research: the physiological condition and performance of Volyn bull meat breed probiotics and their correction, depending on the age, conditions of feeding and maintenance. The aim of research is to find physiological, morphological and productive features Volyn bull meat breed depending on age, conditions of feeding, maintenance and correction of probiotics. The research methods: physiological, morphological (number of erythrocyte, leukocytes and leucogram), ethological (animal behavior), biochemical (hemoglobin, total protein, protein fractions, Ca, P, carotene); zootechnical (growth dynamics, feed analysis, relative and absolute growth rate, morphological composition of carcasses) statistical (probability of the results). Scientific novelty: For the first time applied an integrated approach to the study of physiological, morphological and productive performance Volyn bull meat breed in a Western Polissya nutritional impact of various factors: the period of lactation feeding calves and fattening final; In the transition period of cultivation, which involves the use of physiological, morphological, hematological, ethological, biochemical and zootechnical research. For the first time found a positive effect of probiotics different microbial composition (based on lactic acid bacteria and anaerobic microorganisms based) on physiological, morphological and ethological indicators at the time of weaning. It is to increase hemoglobin and total protein, reduced stress negativity when weaned and changing conditions of feeding and maintenance. Further developed the study of probiotics "Baykal EM-1U" and "Bioviton-LB" to improve the body's adaptive mechanisms in transitional periods accepted. Suggested: On the basis of physiological, morphological, cytological and productive performance Volyn bull meat breed technology proposed for the prevention of stress in beef cattle in transition weaned and transfer animals from grazing on summer-winter-stall maintenance, recommended the use of probiotics "Baykal EM-1U" and "LB Bioviton" according to the schemes and doses described in the patent number 93516 (2006) and guidelines on choosing ways to improve metabolism and feeding performance Volyn young bull meat breed technology solutions and increasing the productivity of livestock Volyn meat breed considering ethological factors Introduced: results of studies introduced into production in LLC "Dawn" Kovel district, Volyn region. To prevent technological stress in beef cattle in transition weaned and transfer animals from grazing on summer-winter-stall maintenance, recommended the use of probiotics "Baykal EM-1U" and "LB Bioviton." The results of the technology of growing and fattening bull Volyn suggest using a meat breed in the learning process of the course "Physiology of farm animals" and "Feeding farm animals" Universities Ukraine III-IV accreditation agrarian profile and in research work.
