Bazaka R. Press of Kirovograd Region (1874-1921): Historical and Functional Aspect, Typological Characteristics

Dissertation is devoted to complex scientific investigation of periodical press of Kirovograd region (1874-1921), the preconditions for its origination and development. The research analyzes the peculiarities of periodicals functioning for meeting the regional information needs. The conditions of typological groups association and regional periodicals specific typological model formation on the background of social and economic, religious, national and cultural as well as social and political events are estimated. The regional framework of periodical publications according to chronological, geographical, national and linguistic, demographic and problem and thematic features is reconstructed.
