For the first time theoretically grounded and experimentally developed composition and texnology of original stomatology medication of «Dentatrigin» with triclosan, aminocaproic acid and lavender oil in the form of a gel for the treatment of gingivitis. For the first time studied farmakotehnological, physicochemical, rheological, microbiological and biological properties of the gel developed. The effect of selected active pharmaceutical ingredients on the organoleptic, physico-chemical and mechanical properties of structural and developed the drug. Grounded and experimentally confirmed quality indicators for gel "Dentatryhin" validated methods of quantitative determination of active ingredients and excipients gel (triclosan, aminocaproic acid, lavender oil, preservative - nipahinu and solvent - ethanol).Stability of the developed medication is proved during two years at a temperature not higher 25 ° С at storage in tubas aluminium.
