Vyshnitska I. Organizational-economic substantiation of the drug supply of the children sick with the gastritis and duodenitis

The thesis is devoted to organizational and economic substantiation of the drug supply for children affected with gastritis and duodenitis. The dissertation presents the results of studies on epidemiological data on gastritis and duodenitis in Ukraine and some other countries; the current state of medical and pharmaceutical care for children; principles of pharmacotherapy for children in modern inpatient healthcare. The research allowed the improvement of complex ABC-, VEN-, frequency analysis of the effectiveness of drug prescriptions for treatment of gastritis and duodenitis in a hospital. The methodology of pharmacoeconomic analysis based on evidence-based medicine and expert opinion was processed. Automatization of conducting pharmacoeconomic analysis that allows assessing rationality for prescribed drug therapy based on centralized specialized health care facilities or as remote consultations for the central district hospitals of the region were improved. Based on the results of the research, recommended list of drugs for use in the development of insurance and formulary lists was identified.
