Essay

The dissertation is devoted to solve scientific and practical task to improve the operational exploitation efficiency of electric motor parks by improving automated remote monitoring, spectral analysis of current amperage and diagnosis of their real condition, taking into account uncertainty of infrastructure parameters in production processes. The dissertation describes the features of rail turnouts electric motor parks exploitation tasks, formulates new scientific and technological challenges and represents a new improved structure of automated control operation system. Also were developed: an improved system of individual models of electric motor exploitation parks, multicriteria models and two-stage management procedures, designed for rational priority of diagnostics and repair. The method of Takagi - Sugeno was improved and used for extrapolation state forecasting and exploitation planning. The model for repair allocation was improved considering specialization and cooperation of contractors. The models, developed for the park exploitation, are adequate. In the dissertation was developed a method and was estimated the technical, economic and investment efficiency of the proposed system. According to the South-Western Railway data payback period of development will be 1 year.
