3. The thesis presents a theoretical generalization and new solution of scientific and practical task of forming the foundations of scientific justification and ethical value component in the training of professional judges. The evolution of scientific views on values and ethics component in the training of professional judges. Author outlined theoretical and legal foundations and epistemological aspect of the organization of training professional judges in Ukraine. Author analyzed the value and ethical aspects of justice in Ukraine, studied European standards of ethics and ethical principles judge training professional judges considering the case-law of the European Court of Human Rights. Author formed recommendations about the main directions of improvement of training of judges in Ukraine.
