Yurchenko T. Communication activities of EU institutions in Ukraine

The thesis investigates the peculiarities of communication activities of Delegation of European Union to Ukraine and subordinated institutions. The paper defines the concept of "communication policy of the EU", singled out the most popular methods of research, developed the periodization of EU communications in Ukraine. Based on expert survey of journalists, it was defined the main disadvantages of EU communications with professional communicators. It is analyzed the meanings of EU representatives statements in the media, highlighted the main characteristics of EU communications with Ukrainian politicians. The thesis investigates the system of target groups and communicative matrix in communicating with Ukrainians.
