Essay

The thesis is devoted to study and development of organizational and methodical approaches for building a sustainable regime of physical activity for children of 3-4 years in preschool educational establishments of various types for increasing their physical condition. For the first time was proved and developed a model of efficient activity regime for children aged 3-4 in preschool educational establishments of different types, which include: purpose, objectives, procedural and semantic equipment, pedagogical conditions of optimization of physical activity in preschool regime of the day as a factor of improving the physical condition of children of younger preschool age. The first time designed the classification of tools of activation motor activity of children of 3-4 years in regime of a day of preschool educational institution, which includes both traditional means of physical education (basic gymnastics, outdoor games, sport kinds of physical exercise) as well as health elements and innovative technologies. For the first time developed organizational and methodological principles of the model of rational activity regime of children of 3-4 years old, preschool students of educational institutions of different types, which are characterized by an optimal ratio of different organizational forms of employment, matched according to age and individual characteristics of children, and - profile of preschool educational institution.
