Kokarev B. The construction of the training process for highly skilled athletes in sports aerobics in annual cycle of training

The thesis is devoted to the development and evaluation of the effectiveness of the experimental program of the training process construction for highly skilled athletes in sports aerobics in annual cycle of preparation. The paper considers the analysis of the initial level of their general physical capacity, physical, technical, artistic and choreographic composition preparedness as well as features of the dynamics of these indicators influenced by classical and experimental program of training process construction. The aim of the research was to substantiate scientifically, to develop and evaluate an experimental program of the training process for highly skilled athletes in sports aerobics in annual training process of preparation at the stage of maximal realization of individual capabilities. It is proved that the use in the annual cycle of the preparation of the experimental program, which was developed on the basis of modular principle, contributed to the significant improvement of all studied components of preparedness and efficiency of the training process.
