Оbject-matter: the process of professional training of future social care teachers; aim: theoretically, to justify, develop and experimentally verify the model of forming of the readiness of future social care teachers to professional communication in the system of organization of the pedagogical practices; methods: analysis and generalization of philosophical, psychological, pedagogical literature; theoretical substantiation of the basic concepts of the research; system structuring and modeling; studying and generalization the experience, programme and normative documents, pedagogical observation for additional data validation, the selection of factual material in the research process; the survey (questionnaire, testing, interlocution); ascertaining, forming and control stages of the pedagogical experiment; methods of mathematical statistics for quantitative and qualitative analysis of empirical data; novelty: for the first time theoretically grounded and experimentally tested the model of forming of the readiness of future social care teachers to professional communication in the process of pedagogical practices; clarified the nature of definitions "communication", "intercourse", "professional communication", "readiness", "professional readiness", "readiness to professional communication", "practice", "teaching practice", which are defined as the results of scientific knowledge; further development has acquired the scientific conceptions about readiness of future social care teachers to professional communication, methods and means of professional training of future social care teachers; the results can be used and may be useful in the organization of pedagogical practice of students of higher pedagogical educational establishments and during the learning of social and pedagogical disciplines, as well as in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education.
