Sechka S. Socialization of youth in public student organizations and associations (60-80 years of XX century)

Matter: the process of socialization of youth in public student organizations and associations; Aim: to reveal the main directions, characteristics and trends of the socialization of young people in public student organizations and associations in the 60-80s of XX century; Methods: general scientific (analysis, synthesis, classification, classification of literature and archival materials) which made it possible to generalize and systematize the views of both national and foreign scholars on the problem of socialization of students; historical (chronological, comparative-historical, historical and typological); Novelty: based on a holistic analysis the main directions of youth socialization in public student organizations and associations have been identified (socialization of graduates in scientific activity; socialization in student building groups; socialization student associations and interest clubs), its features and trends in the 60-80s of XX century; further development has been given to the scientific understanding of the nature and content of the concept "socialization of student's youth"; unknown and little known archival documents, publications in the press on the researched topic have been introduced into scientific use; the results can be used in the process of lecture courses teaching, conducting seminars in Pedagogics, Social Pedagogics, History of Pedagogics; sn the preparation of textbooks and manuals for students of teachers’ training universities in Pedagogics, Social Pedagogics, History of Pedagogics; in scientific research of graduates, postgraduates, in the system of postgraduate education and self education.
