Work is dedicated to the development of Methods for efficient use of water transport by means of electronic chart in the intellectualization of changes in operating conditions.The thesis is justified on the basis of existing technologies use of electronic mapping tools, the feasibility of increasing their efficiency through additional scientific and technical solutions and offers software and hardware to ensure trouble-free operation of vessels.Submitted by: methods and formulated the main principles of the approach to information description and modeling procedures for direct and continuous monitoring of the progress and location of the vessel using ECDIS, method of testing and verification process modules for improving the operation of ECDIS, the methodology for skippers to govern the movement of objects in the water transport Ukraine's waterways, the method of extending the functionality of the autopilot through automated identification and recording tolerance vessel from a predetermined path, the method of automation in the form of algorithms for automatic overlay radar information on ENC in the presence of brightness between images i geometric differences algorithms automated solution of additional tasks required for the implementation of the preliminary and executive pads. The results of the thesis should be used in the development of advanced and modernization of existing electronic chart means.
